Who am I?
Let me introduce myself, my name is Amber, nice to meet you. A few years ago I started doing some random workouts out of pure boredom (you know, those 7-minute workouts). This is how I started with my fitness and nutrition journey.
But I got little to no results. This is super frustrating, I’ve been there, you feel like you’re doing everything for nothing. And honestly, because of this, I became absolutely obsessed with everything that has to do with fitness and nutrition.
Soon I started working out with some dumbells at home, now you can find me in the gym 5-6 days a week!
When it came to nutrition I had no clue either. I used to think that eating less was better. So I ended up some days with eating 900 calories.
This wasn’t due to an eating disorder or anything, I generally taught this was the right thing to do.
Right now I am a lot stronger, leaner and smarter. I realized that getting to this point would have been so much easier if there was someone that helped me out.
Let me be that person for you. I want to share my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goal!
